Rates include daily maid service (excluding Sundays and Mexican holidays), and laundry (wash/fold service). If arrival/departure is on a Sunday or holiday, staff will be available at no additional charge. Rates do not include local Mexican taxes, airport transfers, spa services, the cost of meal preparation or for groceries, shopping and optional staff gratuities.
Liability: The owners of Casa Ventana, their employees, and agents, shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of persons occupying Villa Ventana or Casa Ventana. The rights if any, of a person occupying said rental properties to seek recourse of any kind shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction. The owners, employees, and agents shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guests occupying the property caused by neighbors or the surrounding area.

We purchased Casa Ventana new in 1999, and since then it has underwent three renovations. We also own the exquisite Villa Ventana - a luxury 15,000 sq/ft seven bedroom architectural masterpiece across the street from Casa Ventana. The majority of our guests are repeat visitors, which says a lot about the overall quality of our Puerto Vallarta properties and overall value for money.
