Set in the exclusive Amapas neighborhood of Vallarta, it is walking distance to all that the city has to offer. The villa is privately set with a nature reserve on either side for maximum privacy. Villa is fully staffed including two highly trained English speaking managers, a properly trained and very experienced gourmet chef, and three housemaids. The owners (in New Zealand) are always available 24/7 for any issues that might arise, in addition to our two English speaking trained house managers. Walking distance to town and beaches with sweeping and unobstructed views. Close to town and city amenities, yet private and quiet from the Amapas neighborhood.

Notes
Rates include daily maid service (excluding Sundays and Mexican holidays), and laundry (wash/fold service). Â If arrival/departure is on a Sunday or holiday, staff will be available at no additional charge. Â Rates do not include local taxes, airport transfers, spa services, the cost of groceries for meals, and optional staff gratuities. Â
Damage Deposit: Â $1,000 allocation from credit card. Â Please note, any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will be deducted from the damage deposit. Â
Smoking: Â Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas with the exception of the pool and jacuuzi spas. Â Â
NOTE: Â ashtrays are provided, and the throwing of cigarette butts off of the side of any deck is strictly prohibited.

We purchased Casa Ventana new in 1999, and since then it has underwent three renovations. Â We also own the exquisite Villa Ventana - a luxury 15,000 sq/ft seven bedroom architectural masterpiece across the street from Casa Ventana. Â The majority of our guests are repeat visitors, which says a lot about the overall quality of our Puerto Vallarta properties and overall value for money.
